A few weeks ago I got the opportunity to spend the day with a small group of other talented creatives at the Keene Place at Keeneland in Lexington, Kentucky…and it was WONDERFUL. The Intentional Workshop hosted by Kentucky Bride Magazine was absolutely incredible. Kate and Sandy Daugherty (Kentucky Bride Magazine) did an outstanding job planning, organizing, hosting, and putting everything together for this day to happen. And getting to sit around a table and learn from some of the best in the industry was just so cool. I think Callie Manion is one of the most talented photographers in the industry (film & digital) and to get to spend time face to face, asking her questions and learning from her was just amazing. Not to mention she’s literally one of the most genuine and sweetest people you’ll ever meet! And Stephen at Photovision was a wealth of knowledge and any film question we threw at him he was able to answer and explain in a way that just made so much more sense! And on top of all this wealth of knowledge there were 3 gorgeously styled shoots; all with SO much talent represented I could have shot allll day long.
